Lijst SSC

We want to be a clear voice for SSC employees in important decisions. Over the past year, we have worked with the board to build an open and constructive collaboration. We would like to continue along this path, with one goal: to make the SSC a little better every day as a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and safe.

Over the past year, I had the privilege of serving as Chair of the Service Council. I would be happy to continue representing you in important decision-making processes, with a dose of common sense, humour and perseverance. I aim to do so by ensuring that employees are truly heard, properly informed and meaningfully consulted at all levels of decision-making, so that together we can make a real difference.

Getting involved in employee participation is important to me because I value honest and open conversations about what is happening across our service. Contributing to a positive difference for all of us is something I truly care about. By acting as a friendly bridge between management and employees, I hope to foster better understanding so we can move forward together.

I am a candidate for the SSC Service Council because I believe transparency and connection are extremely important. In a time in which hybrid working and digital transformation are further changing our working environment, involving colleagues in decision-making is more important than ever. At the very least, we must be informed in a timely manner and gain insight into how decisions are made. This will reduce the perceived distance between decision-making/management and employees.
